Saturday, May 3
We stopped by the temple on our way up to the mountains, and a kind soul, not a member of the Church, saw we had a camera, so he stopped and offered to take our picture. |

Evergreen Lake
We stopped in picturesque Evergreen, Colorado. Here we are at Evergreen Lake. We hiked the one or two miles around the lake. |

Lookout Mountain
From the top of Lookout Mountain there's this spectacular view of Denver in the distance. |

The Rockies Game
The Rockies were playing the Dodgers and lost, 7-12. But it was an exciting game with several home runs. |

Todd Helton
Here's a closeup with my telephoto lens of Todd Helton, the Rockies' All Star first baseman. In this at-bat he flied out to right field. |

At Church
Sunday, Sharon came to church with me. I really like this photo of us together. Keith Handy took it. |

The Browns
I know the Browns, but not really well. This photo was taken for posting on the ward web site. From left to right: Carly, Scott, Anita, Garry, and Mandy. Mandy was the proxy, baptized for my Aunt Margaret and Aunt Elizabeth. The night of the temple trip, she had a dream that let me know to do the work for Aunt Margaret's husband, Willard, too. And then in early May, I baptized Scott for others of my relatives on another youth temple trip. |
